Working together as a vibrant learning community of faith and friendship, where everyone is valued and included.

Primary 4b weekly blog post 21st April 2023

This week, we have worked very hard because we have completed our SNSAs in maths, writing and reading.  Mrs Brown is proud of us for our great effort.

In maths, we learnt about chance and probability, and revised our previous learning on statistics.

In writing, we published our recycling information report and we were excited to take a copy home to share with our families.  We hope you enjoyed reading it.  We have decided that we would like to write a narrative next week.

We also worked in groups to compose rhythms in music and then perform these in our groups:

Our highlights:

Paige: I liked doing PE.  We got a partner and then we linked our arms together.  Then, someone else had to run and link on to their arms, which freed the person at the end.  The game continued like that.  I liked it because it was fun.

Ishani M: I liked finding out that Mrs Brown was pregnant.

Matteo: I liked showing everyone my website.

Alexa: I liked deciding together what we were going to do in writing next week.

Jude, Ishani S and Zac: We liked doing the numeracy SNSA.  Actually, we liked all of them.
