A really fun week this week in P7B!

Numeracy

we had a packed week this week during numeracy. We looked at measurement and fractions this week and revisited multiplying decimals. We had fun working together during problem solving and looking at the wording of questions; exploring the difference between the terms of and off in numeracy.

Literacy

this week we continued researching and working on our digital skills to support our literacy learning. The children have been using and actioning peer feedback and the standard of work is improving greatly. We reviewed this week representations in film and media and discussed what it means to be represented. We learned a lot about Lent this week; exploring shrove Tuesday, Ash Wednesday and what lent means.

IDL

we continued our work on the rainforest this week. We have produced amazing reports and fact files on different rainforests, Columbia and Brazil.
