This week we made comics about Firework Safety and learned how to keep ourselves safe on Bonfire Night.

We continued to develop our mental math strategies. We were also revising written multiplication strategies. This week in RE we celebrated the Feast of All Saints on Monday and learned about Diwali on Thursday. We also made some Rangoli patterns in Art.

In our Outdoor Learning we were investigating the habitats of small animals e.g. hedgehogs and built homes which they hope they will use in our School woodland.

In our Science lessons we have been learning about renewable and non-renewable energy sources. As part of our topic we are using technology to research Climate Change Activists and we will be creating a power point to share with the class. Next week we will continue to learn about Earth Heroes who are improving the planet in different ways. We will continue to have a focus on what is happening at COP 26.
