Primary 1A Weekly Update 4th September 2020

Another busy week of learning in P1A!

This week we have been writing sentences about what Ogilvie Bear can do.  We remembered the full stop at the end.

We have been learning the ‘m’ sound.  We make this sound with our lips.  We were writing the letter ‘m’ with the red crayons.  We played a game where we had to jump in the hoop when we heard the ‘m’ sound at the end or when it was the first sound.  We had to listen carefully.

In maths we learned how to write number 3 and 4.  We played the Yeti game to help us count properly.

In RE we made some special mirrors to show that we are all unique.

These are our personal highlights from this week:

Ella – I liked drawing.

Ruari – I liked playing with the cars.

Pola – I liked being in the pizza shop.

Zosia – I liked to draw.

Ollie – I liked doing the mazes.

Aiden G – I like it when we do the sticky waffle song.

Kyle – I liked drawing.

On Monday we will be posting a link to our virtual classroom on the blog. This will have links to activities to help us consolidate our learning at home.

Have a lovely weekend!
