Primary 6b weekly highlights 27th February

This week has been a really fun and exciting week in primary 6b. We have been working really hard in literacy to learn our different reciprocal reading strategies. This week we have looked at summarising and predicting. We have been using our core targets during our 15-minute writing and have gathered lots of information about a topic and will be using it to write an information report.

This week in numeracy  we did the four operations. We made bar graphs based on lunch choices and we worked on our multiplication. Everyone worked so hard.

In PE we began our block on tennis and worked on our racket control. We finished off our stations of the cross artwork that was started last week with Mrs Ogunro.

On Wednesday we had our wonderful trip to the BBC – it was definitely the highlight of the week for everyone.

Well done on a great week P6 and well done to out hot chocolate winner Adya!

Have a lovely weekend,

Miss Duddy
