Hello P6A families,

We have had a great, productive week!

We have been continuing to develop our division skills and have made excellent progress! As well as practicing our sums, some of us chose to create division posters showing the steps involved, with the plan of using these to teach others. We also discussed our new writing genre, Response, and talked about creating food reviews for our new snack advertisements.

Pupil highlights:

– Inaayah – litter picking! I loved going out around the community and helping the environment.

– Lili – I enjoyed creating the 3D poppy art. We talked about our rights (article 38, protection from war) for Remembrance Day.

– Farrah – I liked making the division posters.

– Leo, Akshaj and Bentley – We loved creating the geodesic domes for the STEM project. We discussed the importance and strength of triangles in different structures.

Well done to Vijval for winning this weeks hot chocolate. They have been actively trying hard to demonstrate our rules, ready and respectful.

Have a great weekend!

Miss MacGregor (with the help from Inaayah).
