P6B – Friday 10th March

Hi P6B families,

Our highlight for this week was definitely our trip to West Lothian college for the sustainability learning event. We all got up to different and exciting activities.

Group 1 – Scottish Owl Centre and making tote bags out of old t-shirts.

Group 2 – Virtual reality and Romany cube art.

Group 3 – Romany cube art and virtual reality.

Group 4 – Foodbanks and t-shirt tote bags.

We have also been busy with a lot of reading activities to continue our Book Week. We started a book study where we have been exploring and deepening our understanding of Into the Forest by Anthony Browne, we took part in a book tasting in which we tried out different books to see what we enjoyed most and we had the lovely opportunity to join P2B in the woodlands for an outside library session where we read stories to the younger children.

Well done everyone for another successful, busy week!

This week’s hot chocolate winner was Sophia! Sophia has been continuing to try hard and is always looking for ways to help others.

Have a lovely weekend everyone and see you on Monday!

Miss MacGregor
