P2A Weekly Highlights – Week Beginning 28/11/22

Hello families of P2A

We have had a very busy and fun week, which included the beginning of Advent, St Andrews Day and Pyjama Day.

We are super excited to perform our Christmas Concert and have spent lots of time learning our new songs and actions this week.

In topic, we have been checking the rain fall and outside temperature everyday this week. We record this on a chart in our classroom.

Some excellent numeracy work:

Our Highlights:

Diana – I loved maths. I like learning all of the number bonds.

Zion – My favourite thing was learning about Advent and I loved making candy canes for our Christmas door.

Jiade – I liked learning about St Andrew. His cross was the same as the Scotland flag.

Angel – I like learning to write stories.

Grace Pyjama day was great fun!

Deveena – I loved the shortbread and Irn-bru on St Andrews day.

Aadya – I loved silent reading on pyjama day because we were so comfortable.

Everyone – We loved making gingerbread people, wreaths and candy canes to decorate our door.

Some photos from our St Andrews day celebrations:

Huge Congratulations to Aadya, this weeks hot chocolate winner.

Huge Congratulations to our Reading Champions, Angel and Vivien.

Have a lovely weekend!
