Another busy week in P1B. We have really enjoyed doing Book Week activities particularly reading in different places around the school.

We had great fun on Thursday afternoon when some of our adults came to school to join in with our learning. We had fun doing crafts and activities linked to books.

This week we have continued our learning on space, learning all about stars. We also made a little straw rocket and used our hands to measure how far the rocket flew.

We had lots of fun painting very big cardboard boxes to start making enormous rockets to play inside within the classroom.

We all love ‘Choosing our own learning time’ and many of us chose to build a variety of things in the construction area.
