Hello families of P5A!

We have had another busy and fun week in Primary 5! Our Hot Chocolate Friday winner was Carina who was extremely hardworking, helpful and kind to all of her classmates- well done! This week we have been working hard on partitioning larger numbers in numeracy and procedural writing in literacy. We also continued with our class topic of ‘Scottish Wars of Independence’, as we learned all about the life of King Alexander III of Scotland and filmed our very own ‘P5 Newsround’ to share our knowledge. Our focus for R.E. this week was centred around The Confiteor prayer and we all contributed towards a ‘prayer wall’ to help us remember this in the future.

Here are some of our class favourite moments of the week!

Emili: “I enjoyed art this week!”

Akshaj & Jacob: “I liked using the iPads to create posters in I.C.T”

Olivia: “My favourite part of this week was Daily Mile!”

Here are some pictures of Miss Ventisei’s favourite moments this week!

Have a lovely weekend and see you on Monday P5A!
