P2B loved all of our Halloween themed activities throughout the week. This included PE, maths, class games, craft and choose time. The children loved dressing up too and there were so many fantastic costumes!
Highlights from the yellow table:
Addison loved playing Halloween bingo where she had to draw 6 of the Halloween objects into her grid and listen for Miss Lawrence shouting them out…she was only one away from winning (she just needed ‘eyeball’).
Anthony enjoyed exploring the tuff tray that was filled with cob webs, eyeballs, spiders, skeleton bones, blood covered fingers and much more.
Scott, Haadiya and Ksawery all said their favourite thing this week was making pumpkin lanterns. They had to watch very closely and follow the step by step instructions carefully. They turned out great!
My favourite was the ‘Roll and Draw a Witch’ game where you rolled a dice and had to draw the face shape that matched the number of dots, then repeated rolling the dice for eyes, nose, ears, hair and mouth. The end results were funny looking and we had lots of fun looking at each other’s ‘Crazy Witch’.
Have a lovely weekend and Happy Halloween,
Miss Lawrence
