Good Morning everyone,
Using the fitness board game you played yesterday, I would like you to come up with your own fitness board game or fitness circuit. You will need to take the following things into account when you are creating your activity.
- How many exercises would you like to have in your activity?
- What exercises would you like to include in your activity (you can use exercises already complete in the other or you can add in your own.)
- How many of each exercise are you going to complete or how long are you going to do each exercise for?
- What equipment you will require if any?
- How many people do you need to complete your game?
- How large of an area do you need to complete your activity or game?
Once you have created your game/activity then you can complete this with other people in your household according to the rules you have created.
If you would rather you can also play my board game or complete another of the exercises from previously in the week.
