Good afternoon!  I hope you enjoyed the tasks we set this morning based on our new novel! We are going to do some Topic and Art this afternoon.

Art  We are going to learn how to draw a rubik’s cube in 3D form. Look at the You Tube clip and have a go ! It gives you lots of useful hints so that your work will turn out fabulous! Next look at the images of rubik’s cubes in the attached documents. You could make your cube look like the colours are spilling over or a chunk has been taken out of it! It is entirely up to you. Use coloured pencils, pens or wax crayons anything you have available in your house.

Topic  We are learning about the differences between Jacobite soldiers and Red Coat soldiers. Look at the PowerPoint provided and see if you can find them! Choose a mild spicy or hot  worksheet to complete and label the diagrams. If you can’t print out the sheets don’t worry just draw the soldiers in your home learning journals and label them.
