Good morning everyone!  Here are your morning tasks:

Wednesday Challenge: Draw a portrait (picture) of one of the staff from SJO.  Who will you draw?  Remember to upload this to your Personal Learning Blog.  We will share some of them on our Twitter page.

Literacy – Reading Comprehension – The Romans

Tasks

  • Choose a reading task to complete. You can choose mild or Spicy and Hot.
  • If choosing Spicy and Hot you should leave out the writing section (called My Life as a Soldier). We will do some writing about this at another time.
  • Roman Reading – Mild
  • Roman Reading – Spicy and Hot

Numeracy and Maths – Money – Giving Correct Change

 Tasks

Yesterday we designed a new banknote for the Bank of St John Ogilvie.  Today we are going to design a new 50p coin.  The Royal Mint (who make our money) often release special versions of 50p coins for special occasions.  These have included the Olympics, Paddington, London Landmarks and Peter Rabbit.

When you are finished, remember to upload your work to your Personal Learning blog and let me know when you have done this so that I can have a look at what you have done.

Have a great morning!
