This week in P2 has been very busy.

Nayla really enjoyed making a plan to write her very own story and Emili said that she liked that she could write really good sentences.

Saujas and Farrah enjoyed learning the hymns that we will be singing on Tuesday at the St John Ogilvie Feast Day Mass.

We have been learning about Fairtrade this week.  Francesca said I liked learning about the colours in the logo and Jude told us we could find the logo on bananas and chocolates.  We are all going to look for the logo in the shops.

We are learning all about germs and have started a bread experiment and have all learned how to wash our hands properly.

As part of our World Book Celebrations, we watched an Author’s Live with Michael Rosen.  The stories and songs he told were very funny and we joined in with the chocolate cake story.  Everyone had a super trip to the library where we heard a story all about books.  The librarian said we were best-behaved classes that she had read a story to.  Through the day when the bell rang, we all dropped what we were doing and stopped to read a book.

Well done to our milkshake Monday winners this week who have been over and above all week:  Emily & Halli
