P1a have really impressed their teacher by sorting sounds that either had ‘ee’ or ‘oo’ in the middle and made fantastic sheep on Monday too. On World Book Day, the pupils made books and also also brought in their fantastic character spoons to show everyone.  Some of the pupils have also been using the orange vowel house independently in their writing too.

Marie: I liked when the buddies made puppets with us.s

Ignancy : I liked when we had to stop anything we were doing and had to read a book.

Sophia: I found trying to write ee and oo words hard but also fun.
