Primary 2 Highlights!

We have been learning about the moon when we read the story “The Man on The Moon – A Day in the Life of Bob”.  We went on an adventure in our imaginations where we put on our spacesuits and explored the moon.  We looked at the character Bob and what he wears, likes and does in his job.

This term, we are using money in our maths lessons and began identifying different coins.

For science, we looked at pushing and pulling as part of a Forces Study.   We sort items into different groups depending on whether they can be pushed or pulled.

We have been looking at the Wellbeing Indicators for our topic and this week looked at how we can stay Healthy.  We have also been practicing for our assembly about this and look forward to sharing with our families.
