Curriculum and subject areas

In Maths we have been learning about probability which is about the chances of things happening.  We learned certain, impossible, likely and unlikely.  We also started learning about decimals.

In RE we focused on our God given talents and watched a video about the Three Trees.  We also learned about St Paul’s call to love.

This week we have been learning more about Robert Burns and his life and works.

Ethos and wider life of the school

We have continued to practise for our Burns Supper which takes place in a few weeks.

Wider achievements

Niya received an award from Kumon this week.  Keedie attended Milkshake Monday and also helped Mrs Lafferty who was holding some gymnastics training for other teachers.  Ciaran got his new kickboxing uniform.  Andrew helped Mrs Miller to do a task in school.  Dawid collected a football trophy.
