P3A Learning Highlights (w/b 30th September 2019)

This week we have celebrated Maths Week Scotland.  We have been doing lots of different maths activities and thinking about how we use maths in real life.  We also decorated numbers to make a display for the Creation Story as we have been looking at this during RE.

Here are some of our personal learning highlights from this week.

Caleb –  I enjoyed playing the Brain Box games this week at Activity Zones.

Natalia – I liked making the pictures with the Tangrams.  I made a cat.

Josh – I liked when we were doing numbers in sign language and when we made the maths fortune tellers.

Daisy – I liked making the numbers for the windows for the Creation Story.

Adam – I liked playing Sumdog on the laptops.

Marriyah – I liked when we were doing our Free Writing Friday jotters.

Patrick – I liked doing our numbers in Spanish.

Inaya – I liked going on the computer to play spin to win.

Sam – I liked when we did the fortune tellers and when we made the tangrams.

Myles – I liked when I was helping other people make the fortune tellers and the Tangrams.

Emily – I liked making the numbers for the Creation Display.

Elizabete – I liked making the numbers and fortune tellers.

Edin – I liked making the fortune tellers.

Miss Stebbing – I was proud to see all the P3A pupils working together during our Maths Week activities.  Great teamwork!
