Primary 3

Good Morning Primary 3,

I hope you are all well and still continuing to work through your home learning packs. We would usually have PE on a Thursday so why not try out Joe Wick’s PE lesson at home? 🏃🏻‍♂️ Here is his PE lesson from today, I’m going to give it a go too!  Also tomorrow’s work out sounds fun – it’s fancy dress themed 😄.

Enjoy and take care

Primary 3/4

Good morning boys and girls! Hope you are safe and well at home. Today, I’d like you to focus on Reading. Choose a story or novel to read at home. You can also use your school reading book. Try to describe the main character of the book. Remember to include what the main character looks like (his/her appearance) and describe their personality. Make sure you use evidence from the text.

Continue practising your spelling words on the Spelling Wall. If you can read the word confidently then give it a tick. Once you have 3 ticks colour the box.  In Maths, choose and complete one of the worksheets from the pack (multiplication or division task).  Try to make an information poster about Scotland as well.

Have a lovely day!

Primary 3

Good Morning Everyone,

I hope you are continuing to work through your activity pack and enjoying sharing your learning. As Easter is fast approaching I thought it would be a good idea to read the Easter Story (we would have been spending this week in class focusing on Easter) and think about why we celebrate Easter and why celebrate with Easter eggs? The link below will take you to the Beginner’s Bible  – The Story of Easter. Enjoy!

Primary 3/4

Good morning everyone! This week I’d like you to focus on writing an autobiography of a superhero. If you could choose to become a superhero, who would you like to be? Why? What superpower would you have? What would your superhero name be? Write a short autobiography in your jotter and share it with us here or on Twitter.

Choose and complete one of the maths activities from the Maths Wall. Once you feel you are confident with an activity, colour the box and put a date on it. Remember, you can do activities more than once. Also, try to complete an activity from Challenge STEM cards.

Thank you

Primary 3 French

Good afternoon everyone,

Here is a link to a fantastic language site that allows you to learn different modern languages through games and activities. We have been enjoying learning lots of French so far this year. Why not log on and practice some of the topics we’ve been learning or try and learn some new words!
