Good morning Primary 3!

I hope you are all well and had a good week. I can’t quite believe that it is Friday already! We would usually spend part of today writing our learning logs to reflect on our learning and set ourselves next steps for the following week.

Why not write a learning log for your week this week? It may be quite different to what you would usually include for example you might have learned to make a new meal. I’d love to hear what you have learned this week 😊.

Take care

Good morning everyone!

This term in primary 3 we have been learning about 2D and 3D shapes. Why don’t you go on a shape hunt around your house or in your garden? 🔎  Keep a record of what you find by creating a table in your jotter and using tally marks.

Remember to keep working through your home learning packs. I can’t wait to see all your hard work!

Take care

Good morning Primary 3!

I hope you are all doing OK at home and are managing to get some great learning done. It would be fantastic if you could take pictures of what you have done and post them via twitter, the blog or in an email! 😊

Well done to those of you who have already been on Sumdog, I can see you have answered lots of questions. So far 19 people have logged on this week, which is fantastic! Lets try and all get on at some point as there are regular challenges set on there tailored to your learning.  I have set follow up work for this weeks numeracy, reading and spelling as well as some revision of things we have covered before. I’ll add more each week.

Have a lovely day and take care.

Good Morning Primary 3!

I just wanted to let you all know that every day, David Walliams will be posting an extract from one of his books which is free to listen to! This is a great opportunity to listen to some fantastic stories and you could even use it in place of our class novel. Follow the link below each day for a new story! Happy reading!
