I hope you have all being feeling good. I was in the blue zone to start today as I was feeling a little tired, and was a little disappointed that the sun wasn’t shining as much. I am now feeling much brighter so have moved back to the green zone. Here’s another mindfulness activity perhaps you could try before bedtime
