This week Primary 4 have been exploring different strategies for division. We looked at using concrete materials such as cubes and counters to explore arrays, equal groups and repeated subtraction. We then began to draw pictorial representations on our whiteboards.
We have also been looking at the inverse rule to help us understand the links between division and multiplication.
