Computer Ordering Advice
Laptops are currently contracted to Misco, Netbooks & Tablets to XMA. WLC Procurement Services have set up dedicated external marketplace to be used for Laptop ordering (Misco Hardware). A dedicated external marketplace for XMA is under development.
Delivery address for Laptop & Netbook computers purchased by Primary/ASN/EY establishments should be establishment name and address.
Primary/ASN/EY establishments no longer required to order Laptop computers with options & services (image/installation) provided by an installation partner.
Desktops are currently contracted to Hewlett Packard, WLC Procurement Services have set up dedicated external marketplace, delivery should be establishment name and addressed to CAPITO.
IT Services require to be aware of any additional computer equipment ordered. Establishments should use standard procedures to inform your IT Services Geographical Analyst of equipment purchased and requirement to image and join to network.
