The Learning and Teaching Development Team is based at Deans Community High School and is available to provide advice and support to schools and school staff on the appropriate use of ICT to support effective Learning & Teaching.

The team will:
Liaise with schools and school staff in the planning and development of effective teaching and learning strategies. Support high quality professional staff development opportunities on an individual, school or service basis. Research, evaluate and review hardware and software developments and make recommendations on their suitability and application within our school environments. Co-ordinate and develop the availability of web based resources and establish appropriate systems to facilitate their use throughout the curriculum. Work with students with additional support needs and the staff who support them to ensure full access to the curriculum through ICT where appropriate.
