P7/6 have been working on their part of our entry for the Levenseat Acorn Award, the theme this year was recycling. We learned about what happens to the recycling in West Lothian and made leaflets to educate and inform others about the recycling process and what individuals can do to help recycle more. We also looked at ‘upcycling’, repurposing things which may otherwise have ended up in landfill. We have shown our creative side upcycling old books from our library.
