We have been delighted to see so many of you logging into the three main websites that we are using just now. However we know that they all have different ways of logging in so we have made a document with pictures to help you just in case you forget how to open one of them. You will need to know your own user name and password for them.
If anyone is having trouble with a class Oxford Owl log in then you can ask an adult to make a new account in the ‘Oxford Owl at home’ section of the website.
I have listed the book for your reading group below that I would like you to have a look at and complete any activities attached. If your book is a picture book, have a go at making up a story to go along with the pictures. These books can be accessed on Oxford Owl using the following username and password.
I hope everyone has had a good weekend. Below is today’s leanring grid. I have also attached any worksheets we will be using this week if you do not yet have a learning pack with login details for active learn. You may copy and complete the tasks from the worksheet or if you are able to print and complete that would also be fine – the worksheets are not interactive so the best thing to do is have a look at the task and copy and complete 🙂
I’ve posted a maths challenge for the week on Sumdog and assigned a weekly book on Oxford Owl for each reading group so please have a go throughout the week! Below I have also added the link to the Youtube phonics for today, it won’t be available until 9:30am and only for 24 hours!
I hope everyone is ready for another great week of learning – we can do this! Please comment on this blog if you are accessing the learning grids etc. and if you have any questions 🙂
I would love to hear how you are getting on with your learning every day, you can comment on the blog to let me know or if your having trouble with anything. 🙂
Good morning P3/2 and welcome to a new week of learning.
Below is today’s grid of activities. I have added some links to our favourite French songs including our newest one ‘Head, shoulders, knees and toes’. I will have to keep practicing that one too!
Don’t forget about the Sumdog challenge, I can see lots of you have already started it. There are also games on Active Learn to try if you have some spare time.
Here is the link for Oxford Owl, our login details for P1 are below. If you go to the website https://www.oxfordowl.co.uk/ and then click the pink log in button as shown below and enter the username and password here. Let me know if you are able to access it.
As we missed out on our zoo trip this week, tune in if possible to the Facebook live video from Chester Zoo. It is live now and I hope that you will be able to view it again when it is finished if you miss it. Below is the the timetable of the animals they will be showing! Thank you to Isla’s mum for making me aware of this, what a great idea! Just search Chester Zoo on Facebook to access the live feed.
