This week was a very exciting week for the P7s.  It was transition time! P7s spent all day Wednesday and Thursday at Broxburn Academy getting a taste of what life will be like after the summer holidays.

I enjoyed science because we got to have a shot of the Bunsen burners – Eilidh

I enjoyed drama because the teacher was quite funny with us – Ewan

I enjoyed lunch as it was pizza! – Adam

I enjoyed the boiling water experiements – Morgan

I liked CDT because it was fun. We got to draw monsters. – Peter

I liked science and using the Bunsen burners – Abbie

I enjoyed maths where we did a treasure hunt – Paige

I enjoyed P.E. as we got to play football – Sam

I liked the CDT because I like crafting things – Jordan

I enjoyed art and making prints of a robot – Kelsey

I enjoyed science because I got to light the Bunsen burner and then we experimented with boiling water – Evie

I liked science because we got to use fire and if you opened it would go blue – Candyce

I enjoyed Science because we got to use the Bunsen burners – Charlie

I enjoyed art because its my favourite thing to do – Sophie

I really enjoyed art because its my favourite thing and I liked the printing – Alix

It looks like all the children loved science and art!

P6 have worked really hard this week helping sort and organise the Library.  we are planning on making this a great area to promote reading for enjoyment.  We have taken away old, outdated books and novels and will be looking to stock the fiction area with current books that we all want to read!
