P7 Transition Highlights

This week we spent two days at Broxburn Academy as part of our transition for next year. We all enjoyed ourselves and here are some of our highlights:

” I enjoyed making new friends.” – Isobel
“I liked printing in Art.” – Chloe
“I liked Science because we made a chemical reaction and lit a bunsen burner.” – Emily
“I liked CDT where we made monsters out of shapes.” – Shannon
” I was delighted that I found out that we get Maths homework once a week.” Calum
” I enjoyed playing games in drama.” – Emma
” I liked CDT.” – Findlay
” I got scared of the Bunsen Burners as I accidentally burnt my glasses.” – Ryan
“I really liked Spanish as the quiz was really fun.” – Evie
“I enjoyed the Art because we got to do ink printing.” – Holly
“I liked problem solving in Maths.” – Shannan
“I enjoyed meeting up with my friends from camp.” – Amy
“I enjoyed Science when we were filtering chemicals.” – Caitlin
“I enjoyed going around the school and it was fun.” – Codi
“I enjoyed CDT.” – Ewan
“I liked mixing liquids in Chemistry.” – Callum
“I was amused with myself when I got lost.” – Kyle
“I found it funny when Abbie went with the wrong group.” Sophie
“One of the teachers got angry when a phone went off.” – Leah Crow
“I enjoyed drama as it was completely silent and a phone went off.” Leah Clark
“I liked P.E. – we won!” – Abbie
“I enjoyed Art.” – Matthew
” I almost set my hair on fire in Science.” – Jack

Oliver also enjoyed his transition at St Margaret’s on Thursday and enjoyed mixing chemicals in Science.
Declyn was a super helper to Mrs Weir and Miss Sutherland in preparing the ICT for the Leavers’ Service. He is looking forward to his transition to Deans High School in a few weeks.
