Mrs Bowden was covering in P4 last week while I was at camp with P5.  A massive thank you to Mrs Bowden. I am looking forward to seeing P4 tomorrow. Here are some thoughts P4 shared with Mrs Bowden on Friday when they reflected on their week. I am so proud to hear that Steven won the poetry competition for the school. What a star!

Miss Dunn

Christian – enjoyed drawing a robot for the competition

So did:

Lewis – because you could use your imagination and design anything you wanted

Jack – because mine has a cool name, Necromancer

Holly – it was quite challenging because you could only using two colours

Nico – it was fun doing the robot and I liked being able to add extra arms (mine has 4 arms and 3 legs)

Grace B – I liked designing and making my robot because it was made out of shapes and it was completely green and blue

Sarah loved doing her robot and hers was called Rebecca Steam

Layla liked doing her robot because she liked making up her own design

We liked writing about our robots because-

Allie – I liked making it in my mind

Steven – I liked giving it its own name (BTHOMENETWORK25QZ)

Joushua – I liked thinking of adjectives and putting them into my story and sharing my story with the class

Jack – I had loads of great adjectives

Kiera – it was fun – my robot can do all kinds of stuff for me

Portraits of Rabbie Burns –

Grace – it was fun – it was a bit tricky to start with

Zach – it was hard to do the portrait but I managed in the end

Joshua – it was hard to copy pictures of Rabbie  Burns  because he is looking to the side in all of them

PE – Ryan liked  playing chaos tig

Jayden liked doing PE with all the fun stations

Jack loved doing PE with Calum

Deryn and the whole of P4 enjoyed hearing everyone recite their poems this morning.  We are all delighted that Steven won and very proud.
