This Friday we took part in West Lothian Council’s National Spring Clean in conjunction with Keep Scotland Beautiful. The group responsible for the clean-up were a mix of children from P1-P7. They made a great job of tidying up the area around the nursery garden.

Congratulations to the winner of our eco logo competition ! Here she is being presented with with her prize hamper of Fair Trade goodies. Two Eco Committee representatives are also in the picture, one of whom is holding the winning logo. Look out for it on all of our communications!
We were very lucky to have a Storyteller with on Tuesday morning. We explored The Gruffalo by becoming characters and acting out parts of the story.
Thank you to all the parents who bought a book at the parents night book fair. With your support we now have £399.77 to spend on books for the school.

P5 and 6 have settled in very well.
A really good night with a decent amount of sleep generally.
Breakfast all finished and group activities are underway. The weather, although not as sunny as yesterday, still pretty good.
We all have the Blackridge Survival game later this morning, sounds interesting! Followed by more group activities and finished tonight with the ‘Cheesy’ Disco!

Primary 4 worked very hard in teams this morning to create snowmen on the kick pitch.
