Just to recap the cost of the trips available during school camp:

360 Degree Cinema £3

Eiffel Tower £2.80 (2nd Level) or £7.20 (Top)

Bateaux Parisienne £3.10

All pupils must visit the cinema as this is a day trip for everyone to visit together.

Trip money should be paid to the school by Thursday 21st March 2013.

Tuck Shop Money

The cost of our tuck shop is £5 for the week and should be paid by Tuesday 5th March 2013, to allow us to collect the items that we will take with us.

Spending Money 

Please remember to hand in your child’s spending money in Euros by Thursday 21st March 2013.

We now have our group passport!

With less than 2 months to go the questions are rolling in each day about School Camp. 

With so many things to organise and pack where do you start? 

We will be having a meeting all about what to pack and the final details of the trip near the end of February, so that you can get everything organised in plenty of time.  I will be sending a letter home this week to confirm the date and time of the meeting.

Deposits are paid, passport forms are in (hopefully!) and I have contacted Chateau Beamont to let them know which activities we would like to take part in when we get there! 

Just a quick reminder of the payment schedule:

Initial non-refundable deposit  £ 40.00            Due by 1^st October 2012         PAID

Non-refundable deposit (2)      £ 50.00            Due by 5^th November 2012    PAID

Interim payment 2                    £100.00           Due by 10^th January 2013

Final Balance                            £189.00           Due by 11^th February 2013

Total due                               £379.00

Just a reminder that the next deposit of £50 is due to be paid by Monday 5th November 2012.

We have 23 definates for camp, and also 3 more pupils to confirm ‘by letter’ that they will be attending.
