P1/2 have had another busy week learning new sounds, blending letters to read words, exploring dot patterns and P2 have been looking at place value within 20. We have also enjoyed making shapes on the peg boards.
We learned new games in P.E. but our favourite was Tigers and Elephants.
This week we were learning another school value, Respect. We have been showing respect by listening to each other, by looking after our toys and remembering to use please and thank you.
With Mrs Brown we were practising saying hello and goodbye in French.
This week in Art, with Mrs Stewart, we made sunflowers. Some were put in a vase and some were hung on the wall with our elephants.
We enjoyed our Big Breakfast with our parents and carers this morning. It was fun sharing our learning and showing them around our classroom.
Great Green – (things that went well) … sharing our toys and taking turns.
Think Pink – (we need to practise) … writing numbers 0-10.
