Happy New Year!

We have had a busy first week back at school. In Primary 1, we have been learning about Scotland and singing Scottish songs with Primary 2. Our favourite one is The Three Craws! We were also very excited about the snow in the playground.

Great Green: “What went well…”

-In Numeracy, we have been counting in 10s and using the Tens and Ones materials to write 2 digit numbers in our Messy Maths jotters.

Think Pink: “Even better if…”

-Continue to practise our Scottish poems. Each primary 1 has chosen between Roguey Pougey and The Wee Rid Motor, their poem is in their reading pack to practise at home.

Lead Learners:

Our lead learners next week are Isla and Hana who have been showing respect in the classroom with their own items, the class toys and equipment. They have been unpacking their bag independently and tidying up well.
