Well done to Hannah (P7) for her winning entry in this years Young Writer of the Year Award.  Hannah was presented with her prize last Thursday at Howden Park Centre along with all the other winners from across West Lothian.  Hannah’s story is called ‘The Message’ and is about friends having trouble with Facebook.  A very topical story indeed.

Mrs Brown and I joined Hannah’s family to celebrate her winning the award.  Well done Hannah, we are all very proud of you!

Well done to everyone who came out to support the school and the Galaday on Saturday.  What a great turnout for our first appearance in the parade!  A big thank you to all staff, parents and pupils for coming along and dressing up.  We will definitely order the sun for next year!
