A special delivery came to P6. It was a sealed box. The class were asked to guess what could be in it. Once opened they noted the objects and then used their imaginations to do something inventive with the items.
Inside the box were: Sunglasses, bottle of water, a maraca, 2 foam balls, dice, bulb, seashell and a mango.
Luke used the bulb to make a simple circuit
Aidan and Aiden rolled the dice to see how many times they had to bounce the foam ball off the water bottle bat.
Luke then went on to see if he could light the bulb using the mango to create a fruit circuit.
Harris and Abigail wanted to know which would roll better; the wooden wheel or the Kinex?
Johnson and Nathan made a table tennis game using the other foam ball which turned out to be very popular with the other pupils and soon a competition was set up with Shane keeping the rally scores.
