P1/2 are learning about People Who Help Us and were very happy when PC Paul came in to talk to us about the different ways he can help people. PC Paul explained that he helps a lot of people in his job and told us how he could help us if we got lost.

PC Paul spoke about the uniform he has to wear and some of us even got to try it on. It was really, really heavy! He showed us his bright coat and talked about how it is important to wear bright colours so we can be seen when it gets dark.

He brought a police van with him and we were all able to sit in the van and listen to the sirens. Some of us had to put our hands over our ears it was so loud!
