As part of International Women’s Day on 8th March, Primary 4 found out about Katherine Johnson who worked at NASA on calculating the maths needed to make sure that the first (and later) U.S. crewed space flights were successful.

They also designed posters of women who inspire them – and it was lovely to see how many choose women from their own families.
