Hoodies will be issued at S1 assembly tomorrow, these are not to be worn in school prior to the trip but must be worn when departing for Belgium on the 10th of May, and at all times during the trip. We recommend that the hoodies are washed before wearing to remove loose fibres, if possible attach a name label inside the tee shirt.

Passports and EHICs.

Please ensure that you hand in your child’s passport and current EHIC by Friday 27th April at the latest, unless your child has a requirement to use their passport over the May bank holiday weekend in which case please inform the school.

Pupils in Company A (1K2, 1S1 and 1S2) should hand these to Mr Denny and pupils in Company B (1K1,1R1 and 1R2) should hand theirs into Ms Trimble. Both of the teachers can be found in Social Subjects. Passports and cards will be held in the school safe until we leave.

Please note: your son/daughter will not be allowed to depart on the coach unless we have their passport and EHIC.
