At Victoria Park school we recognise that all children have the right to speak and communicate. We use Makaton signing to support verbal communication for our children. By signing we are providing extra clues about what is being said. Makaton is embedded throughout the school and we especially enjoy our assemblies where we get to learn new signs and practice what we know through singing and signing.
