Monday`s After School Eco Club was spent slicing, grating, peeling, sifting and printing Autumn Apples. Apples and brambles, foraged from School Grounds, were used to make crumbles and whist waiting for the "delicacies "the Warriors got the chance to peel then print with those apples too damaged to cook with. The children went home with extra apples and some ready made crumble topping, to finish off baking at home. We discussed how Autumn Apples could be used for next weeks Macmillan Coffee Morning…..how do hot apple squares sound  ?? .Check out schoolbags for Recipe Ideas !! WIth loads of thanks to the Eco Parent Warriors, the Club would not be half as tasty without you .

Next Eco Club is Monday 10th October for early Halloween Treats.
