Monday`s After School Eco Club was spent slicing,grating,peeling, sifting and printing Autumn Apples. Apples and brambles, foraged from School Grounds, were used to make crumbles and whist waiting for the "delicacies "the Warriors got the chance to peel then print with those apples too damaged to cook with. The children went home with extra apples and some ready made crumble topping, to finish off baking at home. We discussed how Autumn Apples could be used for next weeks Macmillan Coffee Morning…..how do hot apple squares sound ?? .Check out schoolbags for Recipe Ideas !! WIth loads of thanks to the Eco Parent Warriors, the Club would not be half as tasty without you .

Next Eco Club is Monday 10th October for early Halloween Treats.

P6 and P7 Mass – Thursday 22nd September

P6 and P7 children will visit Our Lady and St. Anne’s Church tomorrow for a joint Mass with Our Lady and St. Anne’s Primary School. The Mass will start at 9.45am. All parents and friends welcome.

Scottish Author Lindsay Littleson will visit P5 – P7 children on Thursday 29th September to talk about her book ‘The Mixed Up Summer of Lily McLean.’

Mr and Mrs Dickinson were visiting the Taylor Wimpey Sales Office in Annsfield Farm Site, when the P6 Welcome To Hamilton Book was coincidently delivered .Pictured are our P6 Parents and Sales Representative Elaine ,enjoying their stories and pictures .The Book will remain in the Sales Office for any prospective buyers to read.P6 is the dedicated Taylor Wimpey class with loads of exciting activities and opportunities coming up. We`ll keep you posted .
