Yes ,as you can see The Warriors had seeds and creative painting, in many different forms ,at the Eco After School Club. The children and their parents celebrated Autumn Outdoors and had loads of fun and healthy ,tasty treats along the way. Next Club Monday December 5th with a Recycling  Christmas Theme .See you there and thanks to everyone for coming along.

Thank you to everyone who has donated an item or a shoebox for the Christmas Shoebox Appeal. At the moment we have 20 filled shoeboxes and counting! The shoeboxes will be dropped off at the collection point this Thursday.

We are having a Dress Down day this Friday 18th Nov.  Children can come to school wearing their own clothes and/or bring a donation for our Christmas Fayre.  We would be delighted to receive any raffle prizes, gifts or donations for our tombola stall – bottles, jars, tins, etc.  Thank you very much for any help you can give us with this, we greatly appreciate it.

This month we`ll  use seeds to make  Seedy Bird Cakes for our school trees and Seedy Bars for us Warriors. Using coffee,berries and spices, we will naturally paint some Autumn Scenes.Hope to see you then.£1 entry to cover costs and time is 3-4pm.Please remember that the Club is open to children and adults too.

Today the Highland Games came to Eddlewoods when Amy from National Trust For Scotland set up a series of Woody  Events from Wellie Whacking to Leafy Noughts and Crosses. This afternoon`s Adventurers Group spit into two teams and  worked together on a games circuit using twigs,leaves,ropes.branches and willow hooplas.From the pictures you can see the fun and effort the competitors put into each nature-based activity.Brilliant  day Amy and thank you.
