Well done to David,Connor,Marisa  and Maria  from P4, who represented St Elizabeth`s at a local schools Lawn Tennis Tournament in Hamilton Tennis Club today. With the sun shining, the children  worked hard tp put into practice all the skills learned from their recent Tennis Coaching Block run by Active Schools and Hamilton Lawn Tennis Club. A very big thank you to everyone who arranged the Event and to the families who came along to watch.

Re.volve is a local Upcycling Shop and there we are encouraged to swap our  unwanted clothes for other unwanted clothes. The Re.volve Initiative is funded under  the Climate Change Foundation with the aim to get everyone recycling more. Caroline and Dorothy worked with the P7 children for 6 weeks to teach crafting skills including weaving and knitting as they created a Recycled School Banner showcasing our values of love,respect,perserverance, faith ,friendship and enjoyment. Thanks Caroline and Dorothy and the Banner will be proudly displayed for all to see. You can visit the shop beside Hamilton Central Library from 9-4pm Wednesday,Thursday and Friday.

Robert from Taylor Wimpey brought some unused bits of wood and pallets to help the children begin their Summer Building during Break Times. Robert has promised to keep the supplies coming so look out for our Show House, to be up any minute now !! Thanks to Robert and Stuart the Site Manager as Annsfield Farm.

Taylor Wimpey ,currently house building in Annsfield Farm ,donated funding for our new Football Strips and  with many  thanks to Elaine Collins for all her superb coaching and time given to our school community. Roll on the  Davy Cooper Memorial Tournament in Strathclyde Park.
