Please come along and enjoy our Christmas Fayre on Fri 1st Dec from 3-5pm.  Our children can come to school that day in their own clothes or wearing something Christmassy ie jumper, tinsel, socks,,etc.  Looking forward to seeing you!

Today P6/7 met the volunteers from R-evolve ,A Climate Challenge Initiative,through which our children will learn to Renew,Recycle and Reuse unwanted clothes.These talented volunteers, led by Caroline, will visit P/7 over 6 weeks and amonst other things ,help them establish a School Swap Shop with a little bit of crafting thrown in for good measure. Cant wait to see what happens next. Why not visit R-evolve Hamilton Swap Shop next time you`re down by the Hamilton Central Library ....you might even come away with some super swapped clothes and help fight the Global Climate Challenge in the process? Our very first Sewing Creations from the  Friday Golden Sewing Club .Meet Nathan,Ciaran and Kyle (not forgetting their their Mentor Alice ) proudly showing off the Christmas Crossstitching they have been creating during Friday`s Golden Time in the  Cutting Room .You should also see the jewellery,crocheting,crafts and paper models being made by others under the watchful expert supervision of Barbara Latta, Martha Wooton and Janice Byrne (Classroom Assistant).Pictures will be up shortly.

As part of our Pupil Voice Anti-bullying Initiative every class participated in  Workshops by the One Day Creative Group.Our Whole School Anti-Bullying Initiative has already involved Whole School Pupil Voice Groups,In-school Posters, an invited Staged  Production  and this week`s  Drama Workshops as we determinedly  foster our Whole School  Anti-Bullying  Mission.Pictured are today`s Workshops.
