Should your child be unwell and unable to attend school or nursery,

please let us know as soon as possible.

We have an answering machine which is checked throughout the

day so please feel free to use this to leave a message.

If we have not heard from you about your child’s absence, it is our

procedure to contact you as soon as possible, usually before 10am,

and if we cannot get hold of you, we will contact the emergency

contact, detailed on the annual data form you will have returned

recently.

If we cannot get hold of either you or the emergency contact, we will

write to you requesting that contact be made with us.

If there are any known concerns about the safety or well being of a

child, the staff will follow the Child Protection procedures.
