Food Festival September 2017

And what a week we had .We had classes visiting the Rural Museum and Bartletts Potato Factory. We had children making pesto and butter. We had classes on a tractor and listening about life on an allotment. Love Food Hate Waste told the whole school about the need to watch our food waste and finally nice hot cups of porridge then sliced fruits with frozen yoghurt to close .Many, many thanks to all those who supported us in this Fantastic Food Festival...RHET,Bartletts,James(Farmer) , Bob(Gardener)Eleanor(Love Food) and Alison from SLC Services.St Elizabeth`s children learned so much about the Scottish Food Industry  and hopefully developed an insight into the many peoplwe who work hard to keep us healthy and happy.

Thanks Bob
