Today ,in front of a gathered audience of dignitaries and invited guests our pupils were pronounced Class Pupil Council Representatives after many weeks of manifestoes, secret ballots and vote counting. Lyndsay Freeland, Chief Executive of South Lanarkshire Council , Provost Logan, Jean McKeown Chair of Education,Cllr McCaig,Cllr Robertson,MSP Christina McKelvie ,Tony McDaid Education Officer, Mrs Lawson HT from Our Lady and St Anne’s, Mrs Toolan Community Partnership , Mrs Fagan Holy Cross and Mrs Bradshaw and Mrs McCabe,formerly HT and DHT respectively, were on hand to present the very proud children with their “Badges of Office”. The Pupil Council will meet with the Headteacher  Miss MacPhee throughout the year to discuss ways  of  keeping  St Elizabeth`s School the very best it can be .Good l uck and well done to you all.
