Curriculum Evening

Thank you to everyone who came along to our curriculum evening in November. It was lovely to have a chance to chat to some of you outwith nursery time and we really enjoyed showing off all of the exciting projects and initiatives going on in Ballerup at the moment!!!

TARTAN WEEK SO FAR…

The children have loved all of the exciting Tartan week activities that have been going on so far this week. On Monday the children had a great time dancing to some traditional Scottish Music. Tuesday was spent trying some Haggis, Neeps and Tatties which some of the children enjoyed and some were a bit unsure of and then in the afternoon they made some yummy shortbread with Angela. Wednesday was a super fun day; spent listening and joining in to the amazing Scottish songs and stories by ‘Aiken Drum’ and in the afternoon we had a visit from a Highland Dancer who showed us her ‘Highland Fling’ and then taught the children and the staff some moves!!!
