Another great day today.  We had Dr Mark Wiggins, a Laser Physicist, who explained all about his work with laser technologies.  He even managed to burst a balloon just be concentrating laser light on it.  Also today we had Gary Campbell, an astrophotographer, who held workshops with the P5s and P6s on photographing deep space objects.  Mrs Harrison carried out workshops with the P5 classes on What’s the Force.  And Susan Stanford (along with her husband today) and Mrs Pike were back in school for the P1s to carry out their experiments and more classes to see her cool demonstrations.  P6a made slime with Ms Tees that constantly moved from a solid to a liquid state! (I have videos of the slime and of the laser balloon popping that I’ll try to upload to the blog)
